Cancellation Policy

~ Please arrive on time with clean lashes! ~

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hr time frame. 

Each appointment to reserve your time is a $25 deposit. If you cancel under 48hrs your deposit will not transfer to a new appointment time. 

SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE: $50 

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost on the card that is on file. 

LATE POLICY

If you are 10 minutes late you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee. I book back to back and need the entire appointment time to do my best work.

If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of your extensions, you will need to reschedule for a full set. 

FOREIGN FILLS

I do fill other artist’s work as long as your extensions were applied correctly. Please contact me directly with a photo of your current lashes before booking an appointment. 

NO GUEST POLICY

 No young children please.
